Contributions * to the Welsh National Gymanfa Ganu Association will help defray the expenses of the NAFOW For contributions of $10.00 or more, your name will be included in the 2010 NAFOW Program Book. Contributions by US registrants are tax deductable.

Gifts of $10 and above will be recognized in the Program Book.

Please read carefully ~Your registration materials will be availible for pick up at the NAFOW Registration desk in the Doubletree Hotel on or after by September 2nd.

NAFOW Registration is required for an official Festival Program that will guide you through the weekend activities and a nametag which provides admittance to all daytime programming, Seminars, Eisteddfod (Registration is not required to compete) Cinema Wales, Tearoom, Marketplace, display areas and the 79th Annual Gymanfa Ganu. Registration fees are used primarily for administrative expenses such as processing registrations, nametags, tickets, signage and also to cover seminar costs and room rentals and other festival expenses..

Each registrant must register separately. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration fee includes a $25.00 US nonrefundable amount. No refunds after August 1st, except for extenuating circumstances, as approved by the WNGGA office and Board.

Separate tickets to daytime events will not be sold, but a day pass can be purchased, on site, for $15.00 each day, which gives access to all of those areas and both the afternoon and evening Gymanfa Ganu sessions.

No registrations will be processed through WNGGA International Headquarters Granville OH mail after August 13. Registrations can be made online, until August 20. After that Registration must be made on site at the Doubletree hotel .Meal reservations must be made by August 20. There may be a limited number of meals available for registration on site, but it is important to the hotel staff to know meal information in advance. No meal reservations can be refunded after the reservation cut off date.
